It has a CMP plenum fire safety rating, allowing to be safely used in the plenum air spaces of commercial buildings. It is fully compliant with UL Code 444 and National Electrical Code® TIA-568.2-D fire and safety standards, which require pure bare copper wire in communications cables.

Tested to perform to speeds up to 550MHz, it guarantees high-speed data transfers for server applications, cloud computing, video surveillance, and online high-definition video streaming.
